Great for Salad Udon. The pork belly was good quality, fresh, and easy to use. The thin slices cooked quickly and were perfect for making salad udon. The meat was tender and flavorful without being too greasy. I’ll definitely buy it again!

Seafood mushrooms smell amazing and are easy to clean, but don't keep them in the refrigerator for too long, they'll spoil even if they're not past their expiration date.
