Fresh, crunchy, and great for Korean dishes! The radishes arrived fresh and firm. I made Korean musaengchae (spicy radish salad) with them, and it turned out crisp and refreshing. I also used the musaengchae as a topping for homemade bibimbap, and it was delicious! The radishes were a good size and very versatile. I’ll definitely order them again.

I like keeping mixed fish balls in the freezer because they’re easy to use whenever I make hot pot or noodle soup. Having different types in one bag also makes the meal a little more interesting.
