Finally got my hands on these again! The perfect lightly sweet snack. They’re chewy like mochi with a soft, fluffy sweet potato filling. I have mine with cold foam or whipped cream
Mung bean sprouts are crisp and clean. They are not slimy or wilted at all. Great for pho, stir-fried dishes and fresh salads.
Overall it’s delicious! I just thought it could be fluffier!
Since it is in a glass bottle, they wrapped it carefully in bubble wrap. I thought the expiration date would be short because it was on sale, but it has plenty of time left until 28 years~ It tastes delicious sprinkled lightly on rice, or added to rice balls or bibimbap^^
I absolutely love this miso soup! I repurchase it frequently, and it's also convenient to use as a ramen soup base!
