I forgot to take picture but that is how good it was. Easy to prep. I sautee on the pan til hot and pour over rice noodle and stir to eat. I’m sure it would taste great also with white rice, which I will try next time. 1 jar can be made for two portion. Just as good as Shanghai crab roe noodle

The taste was so-so, and there were a lot of crab shells; it was probably made from scraps.
