It is a tsuyu that isn't very sweet. When eating it with buckwheat noodles, I added a little more sweetness. I think it would be good for udon or other dishes as well. The portion size is also generous.

These soba noodles are easy to eat. 100% buckwheat soba noodles tend to fall apart if not cooked properly, so I always buy these.

the texture Is like a spongie not sure but it's soft not to break in pieces though, doesn't taste like red velvet tastes like the original cake.
