Good ramen!

It's my first time ordering, so I hope it tastes good.

It was good

Taking a spoonful of the broth, I could instantly tell it was brewed from three different types of dashi because it tasted so deep and rich. Even though it is instant cup noodles, the noodles were thick and delightfully chewy, which I loved. The sweet and juicy fried tofu absorbed the soup thoroughly, making every bite burst with savory flavor. With its generous portion and high quality taste, it is a satisfying bowl of udon that leaves you feeling fully content.

This is a simple and convenient ramen recipe, but the portion size is a bit small. You can add more noodles to cook as needed.

I love soaking these guys in hot broth to make it happen. They’re perfect as I want to eliminate both steps - storage and chopping. If you want to make it into smaller bits - break tinier when dry.

Good quality

Taiwanese knife-cut noodles, so delicious, I keep buying them.

The only difference between this and hot and sour noodles is the lack of vinegar.

I bought two to try them out. Since I'm from Hokkaido, I'm grateful that I can eat Hokkaido-style ramen even in America.

I didn't pay attention to the label, and I didn't expect there to be so much seafood inside. People with allergies in the family should be careful.
