This is a great mayonnaise; it's a good choice for making sushi and salad dressing.

I bought it after a long time.

My kids love it, but I especially love it and keep buying it again and again. It was a few cents cheaper than Yebisu! The photo shows the contents after I've eaten 2 or 3 cans. It looks considerably less than the Japanese package, but both are labeled as 52g.

It's pretty good, though the vinegar flavor is a bit sharp, not as mellow as Shanxi aged vinegar. But considering the price, it's acceptable.

Since we eat it regardless of the season, having soba noodles on hand is very helpful I was surprised by how much there was!

It is a tsuyu that isn't very sweet. When eating it with buckwheat noodles, I added a little more sweetness. I think it would be good for udon or other dishes as well. The portion size is also generous.
