These extra-wide rice sticks are great for both noodle soups and stir-fries. They have a nice chewy texture and hold up well without getting mushy. I like keeping a pack in my pantry because they're easy to cook and work with whatever ingredients I have on hand. A versatile staple for quick homemade meals.

I used it in Mala Xiang Guo, but I think I can use it in other dishes too! It tastes delicious if you blanch it briefly for less than a minute. If you blanch it for too long, it breaks easily.

Honestly, really impressed with the ST25 rice on Weee! The grains are long, naturally fragrant, and cook up soft and chewy without getting mushy. Just make sure to use slightly less water than usual (around 1:1 ratio). Even cooled down, it stays soft. Will definitely reorder!

Red Boat fish sauce is a bit expensive, but it tastes good.
