We reserved ~1/4 cup hot water after boiling the noodles for 2mins, added the seasoning and sauce, and adjusted with more water from there for desired saltiness and spice. We added tofu today but I think we’re going to add sliced beef and tendons next time. Will purchase again to share with friends!

pretty easy to make mochi, after cooking the texture is perfect!

They'll puff up if you bake them in the oven for a bit. Then brush them with miso and pan-fry them again.
