The individual packaging is very convenient, but not easy to open (the packaging in Taiwan and Japan is better). It is a good carbohydrate for breakfast, but I prefer the taste of another brand of purple sweet potato jerky.

First time buying, I bought it to try after reading the reviews that it was delicious.

These taste amazing. Collagen is one of those supplements that takes a long time to see results. I've been taking these consistently for about 2 months now and I would say my nails seem stronger, hard to tell if anything else has improved. I have one of these after I take my daily vitamin as a sort of treat. One thing to note, even though these are jellies they can have liquid in the tubes, so be aware when you eat them so as not to make a sticky mess.
