My partner loves this udon, and I bought it when I found it at Weee! It says to boil it for 12 minutes, but 6 minutes is enough.

It is a tsuyu that isn't very sweet. When eating it with buckwheat noodles, I added a little more sweetness. I think it would be good for udon or other dishes as well. The portion size is also generous.

The ratio of scallions to soy sauce is 1:20. The oil is a bit green, and the first bite wasn't amazing, but it's very flavorful and leaves a pleasant aftertaste, making my stomach rumble. I added cilantro, microwaved it for 30 seconds, and added dried shallots; it went well with the chicken.
