The ratio of scallions to soy sauce is 1:20. The oil is a bit green, and the first bite wasn't amazing, but it's very flavorful and leaves a pleasant aftertaste, making my stomach rumble. I added cilantro, microwaved it for 30 seconds, and added dried shallots; it went well with the chicken.

Good oyster sauce

The soy sauce isn't overly salty! It's very fragrant! I'll definitely repurchase it after I finish this one.

It's more like a cream sandwich between biscuits than a cookie. It's a unique product that you won't find anywhere else in Japan, and I'll definitely buy it again.
