Great rice vinegar! It has a clean, mild flavor that works perfectly for sushi rice, marinades, dressings, and dipping sauces. It’s not overly acidic and a little goes a long way. I also like that the bottle is easy to pour from. Definitely a staple I’ll keep in my kitchen.
