I froze it upon arrival to preserve the freshness. I ate it a few days later with my sister. The weight (including container) is a little over 350g. The cake itself was closer to 300g. The cream and strawberry filling were delicious, but the cake was dry and not very tasty. Perhaps it would have been better if I ate it immediately upon arrival instead of freezing and thawing the cake slightly.
