Great for Salad Udon. The pork belly was good quality, fresh, and easy to use. The thin slices cooked quickly and were perfect for making salad udon. The meat was tender and flavorful without being too greasy. I’ll definitely buy it again!

One 15-pound bag. Taste and flavor: Soft and chewy after cooking, with a subtle sweetness. Appearance: Clean, dry, plump grains with a pure white color and high translucency. I can't say I enjoyed this too much. It could of been better portion and taste. I don't think I will be buying...this one is a maybe for me.
