I'm a regular customer! It keeps for a long time when frozen, and it cooks very quickly when added last to hot pot! Lately, I love adding udon noodles to sukiyaki; it's so fragrant!

My child loved it and I'll definitely buy it again! I hope they can make pork shoulder slices with less fat!
