One pound of snake gourd, produced in the USA, is one of my family's favorite vegetables lately. Each serving contains two gourds of varying thickness and length. They feel a bit soft to the touch, and when cut open, they have seeds. After peeling, they can be stir-fried or used in cold dishes, and they have a unique, refreshing aroma.

I received some very nice, fresh okra. Usually, the okra I receive is half-blackened, so I was pleasantly surprised this time.
