I've bought this Thai hot pot sauce many times at Vietnamese markets and it's delicious!

It was a fresh bitter melon. It was small and hardly bitter at all. However, I enjoyed it.

Good Quality

Not bad. There are 6 or 8 in a box, I forget. They're handled reasonably well; there are still some fuzzy bits, but it's not a big problem. I'll continue to buy them.

The chicken is delicious and has young eggs.

Tear off to smaller pieces and add to my miso soup. Taste good, add some tofu to miso soup is an easy way to make some delectable soup.

This spice is very convenient.

This seasoning is okay, slightly sour and sweet. One packet of this seasoning is enough for one packet of ribs. I added a little barbecue marinade and it tasted great. It's not outstanding, but it's very good. It's nice to cook ribs with this once in a while to satisfy my craving.
