This seasoning is okay, slightly sour and sweet. One packet of this seasoning is enough for one packet of ribs. I added a little barbecue marinade and it tasted great. It's not outstanding, but it's very good. It's nice to cook ribs with this once in a while to satisfy my craving.

Thai hot pot is delicious! It has a familiar flavor, the same one I used to cook when I was in Vietnam.
