In China, we always use Haidilao's dipping sauce and broth for hot pot; the taste is authentic. The tomato broth is more to our liking. We'll have it for a weekend.

Rich, spicy, and packed with flavor! It gives homemade hot pot that authentic restaurant-style taste. The medium spice has a nice kick without being too overwhelming. Definitely one of my favorite hot pot soup bases!

YUM! pleasant surprise. I usually bake my own. Not this year. Shell - cake shell is just right! Right thickness. Not too thick/thin. Moist but not crumbly Sweetness - just right...for the "asian" pallette - not too sweet. Filling - lotus with egg yolk. Tender, smooth, egg yolk is moist, not "sandy" or crumbly. Would order again.
