When you really crave ramen or abura soba, adding this to soy sauce-based soup will give it richness and umami, instantly making it taste like the real thing (in Japan)! It also adds a nice sheen, so it's great for teriyaki too.

The packaging was excellent, wrapped in several layers of plastic film to protect it from impacts during transport; I tried it after opening it, and the taste is authentic.
