Great for Salad Udon. The pork belly was good quality, fresh, and easy to use. The thin slices cooked quickly and were perfect for making salad udon. The meat was tender and flavorful without being too greasy. I’ll definitely buy it again!

I can't say I enjoyed this too much. It could of been better portion and taste. I don't think I will be buying...this one is a maybe for me.

Perhaps because the oil temperature was too low, or because I put all three in at once, they became soft and mushy while frying. But they tasted good.
