I brought this for International festival day for elementary school and it was so popular ! I got 2 bags of sweet potato and 2bags of red bean paste. Since it is mini , it was easy trial snack and easy school lunch box.

I baked it in the oven and topped it with garlic rice. If you make it into a rice bowl, it's a quick and easy meal for two!
