Peruvian sea urchins aren't as large and sweet as Japanese sea urchins, but the quality is still quite good, and they go very well with Wagyu beef.

This was my first time buying and eating radish leaves. They were very fresh. After washing them thoroughly and draining them, I boiled them briefly, seasoned them with a little oil and salt, and they were surprisingly delicious. They weren't as spicy or bitter as I had imagined. The picture shows half the amount (I cooked half).
