The potato noodles are chewy and smooth after cooking, soaking up the broth beautifully. The spicy flavor is fragrant and delicious, so satisfying!

This was so delicious I bought it again! The spiciness and chewy noodles are fantastic. I ate it with eggplant and a boiled egg on top, and I'd like to buy it again once the wait is over.
