I’m so glad I found this Indian chili powder! It’s finely ground, super aromatic, and gives a spicy kick just like Thai chili powder. The price is also amazing! I used it to make Thai Jaew dipping sauce, and it’s so delicious! The spicy kick is exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love it!

The ribs arrived in perfect condition, and the portion was generous, 2-2.22 pounds, perfect for a family. The meat looked fresh, with some cartilage, making it suitable for stewing, braising, sweet and sour dishes, or garlic ribs. The lean and fat ratio was good, resulting in a rich and flavorful stew, and the cartilage was also very chewy. Overall, I'm very satisfied!
