The only difference between this and hot and sour noodles is the lack of vinegar.

I always keep some on hand; it's good for hot pot and stir-fries, but not very spicy. The expiration date is still good; it expires in 2027.

Tear off to smaller pieces and add to my miso soup. Taste good, add some tofu to miso soup is an easy way to make some delectable soup.

I always buy from them because they taste good and I'm satisfied. But this time, I was very disappointed (I only ordered them 5 days later). They had a strong rancid oil smell, which made them seem stale. However, the expiration date was clearly stated as January 6th, 2027, so they weren't expired yet! It's probably due to improper storage by the seller. What a pity!

First purchase, haven't opened it yet, hope it tastes good.
