These soba noodles are easy to eat. 100% buckwheat soba noodles tend to fall apart if not cooked properly, so I always buy these.

I've been using "better than bouillon" even though I'm not sure how it's good for my body, but I think I'll just use it sparingly, adding a little bit when the flavor is lacking.

The flavor is authentic! And when it arrived, not only was the paper bag marked fragile, but it was also wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap, so it was very safe and didn't break at all! I can't wait to use it to cook sesame oil chicken!
