I made egg pancakes and chive dumplings with scallion pancakes. These scallion pancakes are tastier than before. Or rather, the old ones weren't as good, but these are much better.

This Pork and Chinese Leek Dumplings are so delicious. I added them to my beef shank and corn soup and it elevated the taste of the soup and the dumplings melted in my mouth with burst of flavors. Yummy!
