Convenient preparation
The bok choy hearts were pretty good; they were dry with a bit of mud on them, and quite fresh.
Delicious, marinated slightly mildly, with a sweet undertone. Thaw it and stir-fry it with broccoli or onions – it pairs perfectly, very similar to Korean bulgogi beef.
