It doesn't take long to thaw! It softens quickly, and the filling inside is sweet, so I really enjoyed it! However, it's a bit smaller than I expected, so I always feel like one isn't enough and end up eating two hahaha.

I ended up steaming them for better texture. They taste great.

I buy this whenever I think of it. In the summer, it tastes even better if you freeze it and let it thaw slightly before eating.

I usually buy dried kelp from a local Korean market, but just haven’t gotten around to it so ordered it here. This is a new brand to me and I used it today to make an udon soup. It was surprised good! It didn’t take long for the kelp to rehydrate. They are big pieces, so will need to break them up beforehand if you don’t want to end up with big pieces of them. Texture and flavor was on point. I would definitely repurchase.
