When you really crave ramen or abura soba, adding this to soy sauce-based soup will give it richness and umami, instantly making it taste like the real thing (in Japan)! It also adds a nice sheen, so it's great for teriyaki too.

The gourds were small but not tasty, with many old seeds inside. I won't buy them again.
