The pineapple tasted artificial and it ruined the other flavors. You could hardly taste the ube or macapuno.

Kam yen sausage is a great addition in my bahn bao buns. They have a delicious flavor. Ive also used them in fried rice, noddles, and eggs. Very tasty indeed.
This is the first time I’ve ordered these. I watched a YouTube where a woman put these Chinese sausages on the rice in her rice cooker and it looked like a good idea. Get the recipe from the YouTube. I expect these will be good.

really dark color and thick texture, the pandan taste is faint but sufficient. I mixed it with water so it didnt make a difference, maybe try milk!
