So convenient! Just marinate it and air fry it directly.

The taste wasn't like the Taiwanese style. I added an egg and homemade sauce, and it was barely edible. The oysters were very fishy. Since they were frozen, no matter how you fry them, they won't be as soft and mushy as fresh ones. If I hadn't added the sauce, I probably wouldn't have been able to eat them... Everyone in my family thought it was terrible. I ate half and threw the other half in the trash... Maybe we're just picky eaters. There are many Taiwanese restaurants near our home where we can get fresh oysters. If you don't live near many Taiwanese restaurants, and you're not picky, you might want to give it a try? But we would definitely never buy it again.

My favorite kind of beef tendon balls. They taste great!
