I bought this out of curiosity. I'm not sure about the taste, and I'm not sure if the edges are supposed to be dark blue... I'm not sure if you're supposed to eat it when it's light green or when it turns yellow. I heard it has a sour apple flavor.

The loofah was bitter; I wouldn't buy it again.
