I bought it out of curiosity to try. Inside, there was a small piece of water chestnut wrapped in slightly sticky jelly. The overall water chestnut flavor was very strong, and it was also quite sweet. If you put it in a drink, it will also give the drink a water chestnut flavor. I personally didn't like it very much; I only ate a few bites of the whole can before throwing it away.
