My favorite snail noodles. The soup tastes really good.

Flavor 11/10. Instructions 2/10. We reserved ~1/4 cup hot water after boiling the noodles for 2mins, added the seasoning and sauce, and adjusted with more water from there for desired saltiness and spice. We added tofu today but I think we’re going to add sliced beef and tendons next time. Will purchase again to share with friends!
