I honestly think these are the best rice noodles! They aren’t shelf life friendly and needs to be refrigerated but, it’s great!

The chicken pho broth is delicious, rich, and fragrant. Adding a little more water than instructed makes it just right. I will buy more for making chicken pho next time.
