They're incredibly easy to cook; simply pan-fry the skin until slightly charred and fragrant, while keeping the inside tender and juicy. The sweet and savory flavor is perfectly balanced. I actually find the original flavor more enjoyable; it doesn't have an overpowering spice taste and is delicious on its own. Just skewer it with chopsticks and it's like a street vendor's grilled sausage. Keep a pack at home for a quick and easy meal.
