Really good hot pot soup base! The broth is rich, savory, and flavorful without being too overpowering. Super easy to prepare and tastes even better once you add meat, veggies, and noodles. Definitely buying again!

So convenient for homemade malatang! I used this squid for homemade malatang and loved how convenient it was. It’s already cleaned, cut, and scored, so I could just add it to the pot with vegetables and mushrooms. The pieces cooked quickly and had a nice chewy texture. A bag also goes a long way since you can take out only what you need and keep the rest frozen. I’d buy this again for malatang, hot pot, or seafood stir-fries!

Not as fresh as my previous purchase.

I made an oyster stir-fry with it. I thought the quantity was too much before stir-frying, but it was fine.

Enoki mushrooms are best used in soups; I like to use them to make tomato and egg soup, which is tangy and delicious.

The meat was delicious and quite fresh, and mostly intact except for some broken pieces around the edges.

Haidilao's hot pot broth and dipping sauces are just as delicious , hot pot is on the agenda for tomorrow, it's my son's favorite!

The size is really good for grocery shopping.

It came with 7 onions and those were all fresh and great! Can't wait to cook some korean cuisine using these.
