Great for Salad Udon. The pork belly was good quality, fresh, and easy to use. The thin slices cooked quickly and were perfect for making salad udon. The meat was tender and flavorful without being too greasy. I’ll definitely buy it again!

Japanese-style karaage chicken, with plenty of meat and a thin skin, is tender and juicy, making it perfect for air frying. The chicken contains no added hormones or steroids and no MSG. No defrosting required. • Microwave (1000W): Heat 5 pieces for approximately 90 seconds. • Regular oven: Preheat to 400F and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes. • Microwave heating will result in a softer texture; reheating in an air fryer will make it crispier.

This miso is delicious! It has a sweetness that makes for a mild miso soup. It goes well with any ingredients, and I always want to keep it in stock. It's sometimes out of stock, so even if I still have other miso, I buy it whenever it's restocked.
