This is the delicious, additive-free miso.

The smelt with roe was delicious and brought back memories of eating at Japanese izakayas. The fish had a nice texture, and the roe added a flavorful little crunch. It was easy to prepare and made a great appetizer or side dish. I’ll definitely buy it again!

This miso-marinated Gindara (Japanese black cod) was absolutely delicious. The fish was rich, buttery, and incredibly tender, with a flaky texture that practically melted in my mouth. The sweet miso marinade had a wonderful balance of savory and sweet flavors and caramelized beautifully when cooked. It was easy to prepare and tasted like something you would order at a Japanese restaurant. I served it with steamed rice and vegetables, and it made a simple yet satisfying meal. I would definitely buy it again. My portion had a few small bones, so it's worth eating with a little extra care. Other than that, the flavor and quality were excellent.

I bought the flavored version last time and it was delicious, so this time I bought the Atka mackerel! I'm really looking forward to eating it!
