Looks good and can’t wait to try it

The Moong Beans arrived carefully packaged, and very clean. No bricks or debris in it ( I transferred it to a container). This is my first purchase of small moong beans. I’m very happy with this product. Moong beans is packed with nutritional value. Can be prepared in dal, soups, curries, cooked with rice, etc. I’m definitely going to repurchase as needed.

Good quality toor dal

Laxmi Split Red Lentils, is my preferred brand of red lentils. This is a repurchase more times than I can remember. It can be used in soups, curries, savory and sweet snacks, cooked in rice etc. Here I prepared dal with red Lentils and split urad. It’s an absolute amazing peas to make dal. It was served with steamed Sona Masoori rice, curried flat beans and coconut choka. Supper was a hit.

Good fresh spice

This Vadilal Rajbhog Shrikhand came well packed in a foil bag, with dry ice packs. It was delivered within 2 days of placing the order. This Shrikhand tastes delicious. Lots of crushed pistachios and cashews. Shaffron and cardamom flavors are distinct in this dairy dessert. Just like Shrikhand from Gujarat, India. I was thrilled to get this delivered to my home in New York, because I do not have Indian grocery store close by from where I could buy Shrikhand. I will be buying this and other flavors again. Thank you, Weee!

Perfect & Very Fresh

looks pretty fresh,... sandy, I don't know what to do with the roots, but rinsed and set in water in fridge under plastic.
