It's great that I can make beef bone broth right away.

I usually buy Hetban, but I tried this because it was on sale, and I think the taste is no different from Hetban.

I stock up whenever it's on sale! Haha

I had these noodles in a hot pot dish. The texture is much better if you soak them for about 8 hours.
