The noodles with Sichuan peppercorn sauce tasted great.

I bought two to try them out. Since I'm from Hokkaido, I'm grateful that I can eat Hokkaido-style ramen even in America.

I like eating these noodles raw.

They started out really delicious at first and have a very umamai taste. but unfortunately they have an ingredient that some people are sensitive to including myself. Phenylalanine. The chemical used in diet soda. while they are good, I'm not going to buy them again. they made my stomach sick so please be aware of that if you are sensitive to artificial ingredients to avoid these. I'm not going to give them a bad rating because I ate the whole bag while watching Digimon.

Gluten is very tender and makes for a great snack.

Based on my calculations, US measurements (and also my taste preference) you need 3 packets for about 10oz. I made iced, that's how I like it. Very good flavor. Exactly how I'm used to it from restaurants.
