The noodles are the best. They don't get soggy easily. Before adding them to the broth, you should separate the noodles strand by strand and rinse them lightly in water to make them less salty.

I think it smells more like grapefruit. I really like it! It's another refreshing scent. The floral scent is very, very faint (I'm usually afraid of overly strong floral scents, that's awful). I'd like to buy another one next time it's in stock.
