The fresh young chives arrived in really good shape. The stalks are tender, bright green and crisp without any yellow wilted leaves. There is very little dirt on the roots, easy to clean. It smells strongly aromatic. Perfect for making chive filling for dumplings, stir-fry or homemade chive pancakes. The weight matches what was described. Great quality, will purchase again.
