My kids love it, and I sometimes crave it.

This miso-marinated Gindara (Japanese black cod) was absolutely delicious. The fish was rich, buttery, and incredibly tender, with a flaky texture that practically melted in my mouth. The sweet miso marinade had a wonderful balance of savory and sweet flavors and caramelized beautifully when cooked. It was easy to prepare and tasted like something you would order at a Japanese restaurant. I served it with steamed rice and vegetables, and it made a simple yet satisfying meal. I would definitely buy it again. My portion had a few small bones, so it's worth eating with a little extra care. Other than that, the flavor and quality were excellent.

I usually buy dried kelp from a local Korean market, but just haven’t gotten around to it so ordered it here. This is a new brand to me and I used it today to make an udon soup. It was surprised good! It didn’t take long for the kelp to rehydrate. They are big pieces, so will need to break them up beforehand if you don’t want to end up with big pieces of them. Texture and flavor was on point. I would definitely repurchase.
