I originally wanted to buy Jia Niang Yuan Shaoxing wine, but it was out of stock, so I bought Dan Niang Yuan Shaoxing cooking wine instead, which was also pretty good.
Minus the hotdog! This is a very good brand of noodles. Texture is springy and doesnt absorb too much liquid or sauce. I have cooked 2 parta already and will need to reprder soon.

I usually buy Lee Kum Kee brand seasonings. I buy soybean paste mainly because it's convenient; it makes steamed fish taste better, and I sometimes add it to stir-fries.
