Shandong-style dumplings are indeed larger than other brands, and the taste is pretty good, but the dumpling skins aren't as resistant to overcooking as those from Sinian.

I think the mango flavor is better than the lychee flavor. The konjac jelly is best enjoyed after refrigeration, but it's possible to eat at room temperature as well. Make sure to shake and knead the jelly through the pouch before eating to help break it up and reincorporate any liquid that separates.
